Now that you have read through all the information about work-based learning and have had an opportunity to discuss it with your parents/guardians, a teacher, friends or employer, the next stage is to fill in the Learner Application Form.

This is important, so take your time.  The Application Form is your chance to detail your achievements to date, and hopes for your future career.  The honest answers you give will help us to ensure that you get the best possible placement and the opportunity to achieve your full potential.  When you are detailing your examination or test achievements, we ask that you include copies of all your certificates.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1987, the information you provide on this form will be computerised for administration purposes including analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, but will remain confidential.
