Haddon Training responsibilities.

 

Location Reports: HT will visit their locations to ensure that facilities, statutory records, Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities policies are in line with Awarding Body, Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and government requirements.

Registration: HT will take responsibility for all registration and documentation required by the Learning & Skills Council, and any of the awarding bodies including City & Guilds and The British Horseracing & Education Standards Trust.

Administration: HT will take on responsibility for liasing between LSC and the Awarding Bodies. HT will also complete all the necessary forms and paperwork required by LSC and Awarding Bodies.

Assessors: HT will provide each location with an appropriate assessor to monitor the training progression, and he/she will be available to offer advice for any on-site issues.

Internal Verification: HT will supply an Internal Verifier to visit as appropriate to verify the quality of training and assessment.

Key Skills: HT will provide on and off-site training, registration, assesssment and verification for Learner's Key Skills as appropriate.

Technical Certificates: HT will provide on and off-site training, registration and examination organisation.

Certification: HT will organise certification for individual elements and the final Apprenticeship award.

Resources: HT will ensure that each Location is supplied with appropriate resources to support the training programmes that are underaken. This will include:

HT will ensure that each Learner is supplied with the appropriate resources to support their particular training programme. This will include:

NVQ Syllabus appropriate to their level of training
NVQ Workbook appropriate to their level of training
Key Skills/Functional Skills Syllabus appropriate to their level of training
