Why would you want to get involved with NVQ and Apprenticeship programmes in the first place?
Haddon Training supports employers who would like to offer to their staff a work based training programme leading to nationally accredited qualifications. We do not have, a 'bank' of potential learners as indeed learners are first and foremost employed members of staff at a location.
Having said that, we do speak to a lot of young people, and advise them on their careers, so if we have anyone suitable, we can send them your way. Eligible people for the scheme could already be employed at the location; they do not need to be new recruits. This is not a Day Release or College based course, but a qualification reflecting someone's consistent practical competence that is gained in the work place.
