Haddon Training is a Grade One training provider (Ofsted 2011) in Work-Based learning within the Land Based Industries.
Haddon Training is delighted to now be able to offer a range of business qualifications supported by Education Development International (EDI). We can deliver these qualifications not only to our existing customers within the Land Based Sector but also on a wider basis to any business where investment in these skills are vital to their survival, growth and prosperity.
Currently, we support learners across a whole spectrum of specialities, enabling them to undertake a wide range of professional, vocational qualifications, including Work Based Diplomas and Apprenticeships. They are available nationwide and funded through a variety of routes. Our aim is to support training that helps an individual gain practical, worthwhile experience, and the qualifications and confidence to enable them to carve out a successful career and maximise their potential.
We work closely with employers who are themselves committed to vocational training. Together we develop the skills of individuals which in turn translate into added value for the employer's business through better staff motivation, retention and higher levels of productivity, together with greater customer service and satisfaction. We also support the employers we work with to develop their businesses through the introduction of short courses and qualifications that can be offered to their own clients.
Based in Marlborough, Wiltshire, our field-based assessing team support learners and employers throughout England and Wales, covering London and the home counties, North East, North West , The Midlands, South East and South West regions.
