Benefits for the Learner

NVQs and Apprenticeships are nationally recognised qualifications that formally evidence your practical skills. Employers support, endorse, recognise and look for vocational qualifications as they show that you are a competent person. An advanced apprenticeship is recognised as a supervisory qualification. An apprenticeship is equivalent to 5 GCSEs and an advanced apprenticeship is equivalent to 2 ‘A’ levels.

Benefits for the Employer

You would know that all of your staff were working to a national standard. Employers who choose to support vocational training programmes show they are training to a recognised standard and believe in the future of their industry. Good standards of training also contribute to higher satisfaction levels amongst employees and staff retention. During and after this training your employee will become more useful and show greater confidence.
