The Managing Director is very highly respected and people spoke favourably about the management team as a whole. They feel supported, listened to, and led effectively. Their ideas are taken on board and communication has improved. They feel involved.
I was impressed by the management team and the collective ownership they displayed. The present configuration is relatively new but I sensed a motivated group working hard to deliver high quality outcomes."
