If you book a course or test with Haddon Training you agree your acceptance of the following terms and conditions
Payment Terms
Payment should accompany the registration booking form and must be received a minimum of 3 weeks (15 working days) before the start of the test to allow the necessary time for registration with the awarding body (BHEST). We accept payment by cheque or selected credit/debit cards.
Cancellations, Transfers and Non Attendance
All cancellations and requests to transfer must be made in writing to the Course Co-ordinator, either by email (enquiries@haddontraining.co.uk), letter or fax (01672 519988) and will be acknowledged in writing.
Transfers - There is no charge for transferring to an alternative test date, provided the request is received 21 or more working days before the test date. One free transfer can be made after which there will be a £10 administration charge for each further request. Requests to transfer received 15-20 working days before the test day will be subject to a transfer fee of £25. Requests to transfer received 0-14 working days before the test date will be subject to a transfer fee of £50.
Cancellations - Notification of cancellations received 15 or more working days before the test day will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the test fee. Cancellations received up to 14 working days before the test day will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the test fee. If the participant fails to attend the test day, the full fee is payable.
We reserve the right to cancel a test date at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit note or a refund without any liability for consequential or indirect loss. We also reserve the right to change the venue of a test date should it be necessary due to circumstances outside of our control.
General
We will not release any personal information about you unless we have received your permission, or if we are required to do so by law. We may use your contact details to advise you of further events which may be of interest.
Haddon Training Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from participation in any event. Damages include, but are not limited to, physical injury, bodily harm or mental distress. Events are held at venues where Haddon Training has no control.
Haddon Training Ltd and its partners reserve the right to refuse admission to an event, or affect a person from an event if they are considered to be not in a fit and proper state to join in due to intoxication from alcohol, substances or their behaviour is inappropriate.
By agreeing to register for an event you confirm that Haddon Training Ltd and its associates have no liability should you suffer any loss or injury whilst on those premises. By registering with Haddon Training Ltd you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale and participation.
Views expressed by test assessors are their own. Haddon Training Ltd does not accept any liability for advice given or views expressed by them in any notes or documentation provided to test candidates.
Discounts
Are available for full members of The British Horse Society, British Eventing, Event Riders Association and the British Grooms Association. Members of the National Trainers Federation and Race Horse Transporters Association receive discount for themselves and their staff.
