We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the “Approved EPA Provider” award from City & Guilds.

City and Guilds is an educational organisation founded to develop a national system of technical education and is the awarding body for City & Guilds and ILM qualifications. EPA (end-point assessment) is the final stage of an apprenticeship. It is an impartial assessment to establish whether the apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard.

In recognition of excellence in our apprenticeship delivery, we were joined by Megann McKinnon, City & Guilds Regional Business Manager, who presented the award to Marianne Fletcher, Natalie Hare and some of our fantastic team.

Megann said, “With the launch of the standards, which was a massive transition, we wanted to introduce the award to recognise the success you have achieved for your learners. This award encompasses the outstanding achievement of yourselves and all the hard work of the wider team.

We recognise that you have been true partners, not only as early adopters of the new standards, but also helping us constructively to develop our systems and processes to the benefit of our users. You have been through the journey with us and have helped us evolve.

We are truly thankful for your support and our relationship. We wish you the continued success throughout the next year. Congratulations and well done!”

Natalie Hare, Head of Operations, added “This award is truly a testament to the hard work of the whole team who go above and beyond to achieve the best for our learners. Being recognised for the number of distinctions we’ve achieved is an excellent accomplishment and I’m proud to be part of such a passionate team.”
