Huge congratulations to our very own amazing Kirsten Clements and Frankie Roberts who have both achieved their Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.

The Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) is the qualification that makes the trainers qualified to deliver the Haddon Training apprenticeship programmes.

The qualification took six months to complete and looks as the principles and practices of how to assess and how to plan, assess and review evidence.

Kirsten, an Animal Care Trainer Coach and Frankie, an Equine Trainer Coach, both demonstrated all the skills required and to pass with flying colours. Needless to say the team at Haddon Training are delighted and proud of their colleagues.
