Natalie started her career in a livery yard where she was soon managing 18 horses, covering both the day-to-day care as well as managing the business side.  She then moved to a show jumping and livery yard, taking on the head girl role managing a team of 5 as well as 24 horses.  This led her to an exciting opportunity to assist in setting up and managing a new riding school – she was the head instructor as well as managing the staff there.  The school taught all ages and abilities, held clinics, open days and shows.  During this time Natalie gained BA(Hons) in Business Management and Finance, BHS AI, BHS Stage 4 Stable Management.

In early 2018 Natalie joined Haddon Training as a Trainer Coach managing a full caseload of learners and ensuring they achieve their goals and aspirations.  Natalie has always been mad about horses, competing in BD and BE and looking for her next star horse to work with.
