Sally started working in the Equine education sector about 25 years ago, first teaching and training students from abroad and the UK for BHS exams and towards NVQ qualifications at a local training centre, she then worked with students with severe learning difficulties as a riding therapist using equine as a teaching resource.

Sally took on the role as chief instructor, assessor and manager of a yard and riding school within a private school, moving to lecture Equine and assist in the delivery and IV of the special needs dept at Moulton College. She then moved to a local college as the Equine Commercial Manager managing and developing the college’s equine curriculum, as well as the delivery of the events centres full show programme.

Sally has always been passionate about training and has trained and assessed for the Pony Club and BHS, she has her BHS IT and BHS ISM, as well as an Equine Degree, Cert Ed and assessors awards. She has owned a variety of horses, mares and foals and has hunted and competed in Dressage, she teaches at a local riding school, as well as, running a Dog Grooming and horse transport business.
