One of our highly valued training partners – Mark Romain of The Saddlery Training Centre was recently awarded the BETA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Mark was honoured for the huge contribution he has made to the saddlery industry. He has contributed to the training of hundreds of apprentices and more than 1500 saddlery course candidates.
In 2000 Mark and his wife Dawn set up the now Internationally renowned Saddlery Training Centre. It is the only centre in the UK to provide the government’s Modern Apprenticeship Scheme, delivered in partnership with Haddon Training Ltd.
The Saddlery Training Centre has always achieved Grade 1 status from Ofsted and achieves 100% success and achievement rate.
Mark has been instrumental in developing training opportunities in the saddlery industry, including the recent creation of the new Saddlery Standards Apprenticeships.
We are very proud to have Mark and the Saddlery Training Center as a training partner and would like to congratulate him on his latest award.
