Louise began her career at a livery yard and riding school before progressing to a competition groom for an Olympic rider. She then moved into the education sector working at a Land-based college teaching riding and stable management. Louise joined Haddon Training in 2016, progressing to the area manager for the north, managing 5 trainer-coaches based in the midlands. Louise is registered riding instructor with the BHS and holds her BHSAI and also a trainee judge with British Dressage. She loves dressage and has ridden to Prix St George and competed to Advanced Medium, and loves competing and producing her young horse in dressage
