National Insurance Reductions
All employers will be exempt from Class 1 National Insurance contributions. This is a type of UK NI contribution paid by employees and employers on earnings from employment.
Employers do not have to pay secondary Class 1 National Insurance contributions on earnings below the Upper Earnings Limit for apprentices under the age of 25.
Fully Funded Training Costs
Small and medium employers can be entitiled to 100% of the apprenticeship training and assessment costs being covered by the government, helping to reduce development costs.
The government pays the full costs (up to the funding band maximum) for apprentices aged 16 to 24 and eligible employers pay nothing for training.

We work with businesses to understand their needs, advertise the vacancy, and attract applicants through targeted channels. We then screen and shortlist candidates, to the required criteria.
