We’re proud to announce that Haddon Training has signed the Get the Nation Learning Charter, joining a growing movement of organisations across the country committed to promoting lifelong learning and opening up opportunities for people of all ages.
We recently spoke with Becca, who is currently completing her Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with Haddon Training, while working as an Administrator within the CAMHS Outpatient Service at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. Already established in her role, Becca decided to upskill and further develop her professional knowledge through our apprenticeship.
What inspired you to pursue the Level 3 Business Administration qualification?
This is something I have always been interested in but didn’t pursue at college. I enjoy learning and developing my skills and this course piqued my interest. I enjoy my Administration job, but would also like to develop my knowledge around the business side of administration, this was the perfect opportunity.
What is an accomplishment you are proudest of so far?
Being able to take part in the apprenticeship alongside working and managing long term health conditions.
What is your favourite thing about doing an apprenticeship through Haddon Training?
The process has been straight forward and encouraging. The staff are lovely and supportive.
How does your Trainer Coach and employer support you?
My Haddon Trainer Coach encourages me and supports me throughout the process. My employer support me by allowing me the opportunity to complete the apprenticeship and giving me allocated time to do so.
What are your aspirations for the future?
I hope to use this opportunity to develop my professional skills and progress within my career.
