Our nationally recognised qualifications are fully accredited and provide transferable skills that can be applied to a wide range of businesses.
We believe in supporting people to develop in a career of their choosing, providing the knowledge to enable them to grow their skills in the workplace and enhancing their career prospects whilst benefitting their current organisation.
We work with many organisations across England and Wales to assist with staff training and development.
Employer assistance
We understand the needs of SME and corporate businesses and our expertise can help expand companies and upskill the knowledge of current staff. We also have a team of skilled staff able to support Levy funding claims, as well as a free recruitment service.
Enhancing skills
Our business apprenticeships extend beyond recruiting new talent; they serve as a powerful tool to upskill and retain existing staff, from entry-level positions to senior management roles. This approach enables employees to develop in their current workplace, adding even more value to their company.
Work-based learning
Our business apprenticeships are centred on practical, hands-on learning, and all training occurs exclusively at the learner’s place of employment. Our apprentices acquire experiences that enhance their learning and allows them to develop a deeper understanding of their chosen sector. Our Trainer Coaches provide learners with continuous support throughout their course, guiding them and sharing practical insights from their own professional backgrounds.
In addition to our business apprenticeships, we offer support in maths and English for those requiring assistance, allowing our learners to acquire additional qualifications. Following the successful completion of their apprenticeship, we also provide apprentices with the chance to explore further opportunities for knowledge and skills enhancement.
