Huge congratulations to one of our amazing animal care apprentices, Natalie Davies, for achieving her Level 3 Animal Care and Welfare, focusing on dog grooming. We are privileged to work with some fantastic employers and learners across Wales, and we love to acknowledge the hard work and achievements of our brilliant learners.

Natalie started her level 2 animal care and welfare apprenticeship with us in 2019. With the support of her amazing animal care Trainer-Coach, Claire Slaughter, and her employer, Cruftz Cutz in South Wales, she has since progressed and has now also achieved her level 3.

On her outstanding dedication to the role, Claire commented;

“Natalie has been an exemplary apprentice! She has been super organised and created an outstanding portfolio of evidence to demonstrate her practical skills and knowledge. During both her apprenticeships, Natalie put animal welfare at the top of her agenda. She has developed excellent dog handling skills and a creative styling talent in a calm and professional working environment.”

Of her apprenticeship journey with Haddon Training Natalie said;

“The combination of practical and written assignments has given me a lot of knowledge and confidence in the workplace and I’m very happy to have achieved my level 3 qualification”.

Thank you to Natalie for being such an inspiring apprentice and to Cruftz Cutz for being supportive and dedicated employers, throughout Natalie’s apprenticeship journey. We are delighted to give Natalie a Certificate of Recognition for her dedication and commitment to the apprenticeship and wish her all the very best for the future!

Special thanks to Natalie and Cruftz Cutz for the use of this image
